Today, VeriFirst operates as an integrated background screening platform nationwide. Ryan partners with business leaders and HR teams to simplify screening, reduce risk, and stay ahead of evolving compliance requirements while protecting the human side of hiring.

As President of VeriFirst, Ryan oversees company strategy, client partnerships, technology innovation, and long-term growth initiatives across staffing, logistics, and regulated industries.

Ryan is a husband and father of three boys. When he is not leading VeriFirst, you will likely find him on his Peloton or a soccer field, or planning the next international adventure with his family. He enjoys photography and capturing meaningful moments at home and abroad.
Ryan is also a daily reader, with a particular interest in military history and memoirs of soldiers. He is drawn to stories of resilience, leadership under pressure, and the human side of service.
He studied Communications at Lynn University and continues learning through his work, travel, volunteer service, and an enduring curiosity about the world around him.
